The fine print, in plain words

No deposit. We don’t take a reservation fee, even though places are limited.
Free changes & cancellation until 10 pm the night before a morning class, or 1 pm on the day of an evening class.
Later than that? If the class isn’t full, there’s still no fee. If it’s fully booked, a fee equal to the class price may apply — we’ll always contact you first, and you’ll get a voucher for the full amount to use on a future class.
Paying: on the day, in cash or by card. Card payments carry a 3.5% fee.
